We are happy to offer a tracking number via email for all your orders shipped. Any orders above $25 will receive free shipping with tracking included. Thank you for choosing JNA Crafting.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns only in the event that the decal arrives damaged, bent, torn, or in any way defective. Please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order if your decal has arrived in less than perfect condition. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a refund or replacement. Please note that any return shipping costs for damaged items will be covered by us.
